Returns and Refunds

For hygienic reasons, there are no refunds for underwear, jewelry, cosmetics or hygiene products. Sale items at 30% or more of the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For a refund, the item must be in perfect condition, with all its labels/boxes and not have been used. Items must in this case be returned maximum 15 days after the date of reception.
Return postage is at buyer's expense.
